Conditions of Use
OnPix reserves the right to remove pictures or data from the OnPix system without notice where we believe that material is of an offensive nature, or where hosting fees have not been paid, or for any other reason.

Data Storage & Integrity
OnPix tries hard to prevent loss of pictures or other data, however the unforseen does happen. We can make no guarantee regarding the backup, loss or alteration of data; we take care but can give no assurance that pictures or any other material will be preserved, stored or maintained for any period either online or offline.

There are many reasons you should never use OnPix as primary storage for your pictures. Here are two:
1) All pictures uploaded to OnPix are processed by us to reduce the file size. This means your original files simply do not exist on our server.
2) Internet servers are susceptible to loss of data by many means: hacker attack, virus, mechanical failure, theft, fire...

Availability
Our servers are designed to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and it is our policy to offer continuous service. Electronic equipment does fail, it needs periodic maintenance and problems occur with internet access that are beyond our control so we can't guarantee that our systems will be online, accessible, or available at any particular time or for any given period.

Security
Credit card security is an issue that concerns all internet users. OnPix is designed to encrypt all credit card numbers, to keep them for the minimum period needed to process orders and to erase them afterwards. OnPix has security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control but we accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or misuse.
